Online orders for items that are currently in stock at your store can be picked up in-store or curbside. Online orders that are not stocked in your store that are available for purchase, will be shipped to your local store for pick up in-store or curbside.
You will receive a series of email messages.
First, you'll get an Order Confirmation acknowledging receipt of your order.
Then, you'll receive a Pickup Notification when your order is ready to be picked up at your Aubuchon Hardware store.
You will also receive a text message with the Pickup Notification if you choose to opt into this during the checkout process.
In-stock orders: Most items will be ready for Pickup in-store within one hour of the time your place your order on hardwarestore.com.
Ship to Store Items/orders: Exact ship dates will be available in the cart upon placing an order (typical timing is between 2-7 days)
When your order is ready for pickup, you will receive a Pickup Notification email. You will also receive a text message with the Pickup Notification if you choose to opt into this during the checkout process.
Once you arrive at the store, you can pick up your order at the Pickup area usually located at the front of the store. An employee will assist you and have you sign a pickup slip. Just “grab, sign and go”… no need to checkout at the register!
Your order will remain available for 14 days from the time you receive a Pickup Notification. If you require more time please contact your local store.
If for some reason there is an issue with a specific store's inventory, one of our store team members may need to reach you directly to provide additional information in regards to your order.
For easy order pickup, all you will need is a government-issued photo ID. Your Pickup order number isn’t required, but could also be helpful, especially if you have assigned a pre-authorized pickup person to pick up your order. You can also show the confirmation that you received on your phone.
To return any item(s), simply bring your order number found on your receipt or confirmation with you to any Aubuchon Hardware store location.
